We’re looking for a confident, dedicated and industrious individual who is ready to help us out with our expanding business. We need another pair of hands helping out in our very busy, Mt Wellington-based office.

We are looking for an experienced and confident IT showroom salesperson with excellent communication skills and a fun and positive problem-solving approach to getting the job done. The opportunity involves serving customers in our showroom, dealing with enquiries, providing product knowledge and other tasks as needed. Computer/IT knowledge is highly advantageous.

Your tasks would include :

  • Helping to run our showroom on a daily basis.
  • Studying the features of all products on offer.
  • Looking after and offering great customer service in our busy showroom.
  • Selling and quoting the latest IT technology.
  • Following up previous sales.
  • Attend to telephone calls with customers during the sales process.
  • Attend to telephone calls relating to support enquiries.
  • Keeping the showroom displays up to a high standard.
  • Other duties as stipulated by the directors/managers of the business.

Requirements would include:

  • A Passion for Computers and Audio
  • More than 2 years of retail experience ideally in a similar field.
  • Extensive experience selling comparable products.
  • Outstanding teamwork, communication, and arbitration abilities.
  • Motivated and a good motivator.

Hours of work: 30-40 hours per week includes a Saturday or Sunday.
